Refund policy
Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date of all unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandised purchased at Meadow B in exchanged for store credit. Please ensure all contents match return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items.
Return/Exchange:
To inituate return/exchange, please email themeadowb@gmail.com with your order number & reason for return/exchange. Once received (during business hours) we will then issue you, your return # with additional details.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned/exchanged item. For your records, please keep all Tracking information. Meadow B will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.
Meadow B will send your exchanged items back with Free Shipping.
Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
• All reduced priced items listed as SALE or FINAL SALE will be priced in red
• Bralettes
• All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)
• Pet products
• Gift Cards
Shoe Returns:
• All footwear returns must include original box, in the original condition, without postal labels on the box.
• Please place shoe box in an additional package for shipping to protect the shoe box.
• Any shipping labels on the shoe box will not be accepted as a return.
Store Credit:
• Please allow 3-5 business days to receive return. Your return will then be processed for store credit.
• You will receive your store credit via email, using the original email account made during purchase. This does not include shipping charges paid on order.
